At Sacred Heart Public School, we’re incredibly fortunate to have Anija VT as our Health and Wellness Ambassador. With a strong foundation in Social Work, having completed her Post-Graduation in MSW from BVM Holy Cross College, Cherpunkal, Anija brings a rich blend of academic insight and personal passion to her work. She doesn’t just talk about mental well-being—she actively creates spaces where both students and staff can experience it first-hand. Through her engaging wellness programs, interactive workshops, and mindful sessions, she fosters an environment where everyone feels encouraged to explore and adopt healthier habits that nurture the mind, body, and spirit. Anija’s approach is deeply personal, always encouraging open dialogue and a sense of connection. Her initiatives empower each of us to take small, meaningful steps toward greater emotional resilience, self-care, and a balanced life. ART AND CRAFT TEACHER
MINIMOL
Minimol, our Art and Craft Teacher at Sacred Heart Public School, creates a nurturing environment where students explore their artistic potential while excelling academically. With a passion for various art forms—drawing, painting, sculpture, and craft-making—she introduces students to diverse techniques and encourages creativity and self-expression.
Minimol fosters an inclusive, fun classroom atmosphere, empowering students to experiment and grow in their artistic abilities. She also organises exhibitions and showcases student artwork at school events, while collaborating with other teachers to integrate art into the broader curriculum. Her deep understanding of early childhood development allows her to adapt lessons to various age groups, inspiring young minds to discover the joy and transformative power of art.
